Due to the unique nature of our heritage cookware and limited-run series, refund and return eligibility varies significantly from product to product and scenario.
We strongly advise checking the specific Product Description, Warranty Card, and Shipping Policy tab located on the individual product page before purchasing.
Damaged in Transit
If your enamelware arrives chipped or dented due to shipping, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a priority replacement assessment.
Warranty Claims
Granite Ware products are built to last, but terms differ between our Carbon Steel and Porcelain lines. Refer to the specific warranty document included in your box for coverage details.
Unused Returns
Generally, standard stock items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. However, clearance or “Final Sale” items are typically non-refundable.
